This program is a 6-day training plan focusing on the maximization of both strength and size. It lasts for 12 weeks and it is completely repeatable.
This is the program I personally ran for 3 years and lead me to a 270kg Deadlift 130Kg Bench and 225Kg Squat
The program provides you with weight targets for each session for your compound movements and an RPE based system for accessories all in a spreadsheet format.

I started this program as a complete beginner. After 3-4 months my numbers are the following. Squat: 65kg x 8 Bench: 65kg x 8 Deadlift: 100kg x 8. I am not interested in one rep maxes just wanted a program to improve on and got exactly what I wanted. My squats probably would be higher, however I didn’t really push it too much as I had some strains and pains from before.
